Here's what I don't get- there's so much interest in these Apple events, so why don't they make them available as live webcasts? That standing O for Jobs looks like it would've been awesome to watch in person. Here's the after-the-fact video:
I know that at least some of Apple's past events have been streamed by them on Quicktime.
I'm not 100 percent sure on how live it was, but it's always been available to watch when I had the chance to look (usually within an hour after the event has finished).
