Comments: Slo Vikings

This is actually GOOD NEWS for Viking fans- this gives the managers more leverage in deciding which players lose their bonuses or get suspended; so far, only four have been formally charged- the other loveboat attendees were (supposedly) too busy dining on shrimp and lobster rolls to notice anything unusual occuring. Right. If you believe that, then you are nuttier than grandma's fruitcake.

Despite the terrible play. The team looked good. The loss can almost completely be blamed on Brad Johnson and the special teams. These are two things that can normally be counted on. I say the Vikes win out, and then lose in the first-round. Just enough to get Tice that three-year extension

As a Steelers fan and staunch believer in old-school AFC football, I think the Vikings' continued insistence on playing indoors contributed mightily to their loss. Besides, when you get right down to it, the Vikings are 8-6 largely because they get to play Detroit and Green Bay all the time. They're not as good as a team as their record implies, and I think Sunday showed that. Minnesota needs to replace Mike Tice, and fast.
