ARMOND SPEAKS: Here's an interesting interview with New York Press' iconoclastic film critic Armond White, in Filmmaker Magazine. Both a Pauline Kael worshiper and a former student of Andrew Sarris' at Columbia, White is one of the few critics who always has something interesting to say, even if (as I do) you disagree with most if not all of it.
