The Junior Senator from New York missed the filing deadline for the New Hampshire primary late last week, putting to rest months of rumors and conspiracy theories (including a whole book) alleging that the former First Lady had long been pursuing a nefarious plot to run for president. As though the tentative aspirations of a senator from a major state choosing to run for president is somehow a "ruthless agenda."
