No, the story does NOT refer to the popular Minnesota-based discount retail chain otherwise known as Tar-zhay, but rather to the target of yesterday's Israeli rocket strike, Hamas kingpin Abdel Aziz Rantisi. 'Cause I was afraid for a minute that Target was anti-Semitic and I wouldn't be able to shop there anymore.
