Pazz & Jop music critics' poll, the most comprehensive poll of music writers in North America. And much as I thought I was disconnected from hipster musical tastes, my top five albums for the year (Wilco, Springsteen, Norah Jones, Beck, and Bright Eyes) are all represented in the Top 20.
