Whoever's been leaving me comment SPAM twice a day under the name "Gay Porn Fan" please- stop.
(Anyone know how to handle this, when it's the same person using multiple IP addresses?)

I get that a lot too - and every time they email me, or comment on my blog - you open up Blacklist, enter either their email address or their URL - and they will be blocked from getting to you. (When you check your activity log, you will see all the times they TRY to comment, and Blacklist blocks it.)
It's much more thorough than just banning IP addresses.
