Rod on Film

Check out this excellent look at what it means to be a film critic, by former critic turned "Crunchy Con," Rod Dreher. Best part:

"I'll never forget how staggered I was to watch an audience filled with most of the major film critics in North America giving a film festival standing ovation to that sicko Todd Solondz' film "Happiness," which, among other things, featured a grown man's attempt to drug and anally rape a child played for comedy. (I seem to recall that some reviews later appreciatively noted the skill with which the director manipulated the viewer into rooting for the rapist to succeed.)"
I must not be like most critics, because I hated that film, too.

Some time before, I really needed to buy a house for my corporation but I didn't have enough cash and could not buy anything. Thank goodness my mother adviced to take the home loans at creditors. So, I acted so and used to be satisfied with my secured loan.

Every one knows that modern life seems to be expensive, however we need cash for various things and not every one earns enough cash. Thence to get fast home loans or just sba loan will be a proper way out.

Some time ago, I did need to buy a house for my corporation but I didn't earn enough money and could not buy anything. Thank heaven my brother adviced to take the mortgage loans from trustworthy bank. Thus, I did that and was satisfied with my consolidation loan.
