Posted by Stephen Silver at March 29, 2007 05:23 PMThe FCC's "equal time" doctrine was declared unconstitutional decades ago, so I'm not exactly sure WTF the Post is talking about or what the problem would be. Campaign finance regulation has completely swallowed the core of the First Amendment: this is seriously out of hand and has to be stopped and then reversed.
