Don't link us to some stupid article if it doesnt show the picture. I think its hard to not be oversaturdated with news like this as with the Imus thing, but as soon as the next bad thing happens, it will be all but forgotten in the media and only matter to the victims friends and families.

There is the picture I THINK the article is referring to.
My first thought on being informed that that was thought to be genitalia was... "If he survived this thing, he's got a good career ahead of him in the adult film industry". But honestly, the placement and location lead me to believe that it is probably just a tourniquet.
