10. "South Park" (Comedy Central)
I don't think I can watch a show with a "laugh track". No matter how funny it may we all know the recorded laughing is fake. Exceptions are when shows are recorded without repeated "takes" - such as Colbert, SNL, etc... The laugh track kills it for me for #5 on your list.
