So yes, an impression of two women by two actresses, is "sexist"? Wow, imagine the reaction on the right if Obama ever called something racist, something he has barely done throughout the campaign. "Race card! Race card!" "Duke lacrosse! Duke lacrosse!"
Posted by Stephen Silver at September 16, 2008 05:06 PMIt's not just chutzpah, it's logical impossibility. The sketch is sexist-proof: two women, one substantive, the other not. Because they are both women, the distinction in substance must --MUST-- be attributed to a quality apart from gender.
