Everyone in Philly is sick of the Donovan vs. T.O. debate, which is still rehashed virtually all the time even though the events happened five years ago and neither guy is even on the team anymore. Well, get ready for more rehashing:
Washington Redskins quarterback Donovan McNabb has encouraged the team's coaching staff to consider signing free-agent wide receiver Terrell Owens, despite the acrimony that marked their time as Philadelphia Eagles teammates, according to multiple sources.Honestly, I'm all for it. It'll make the two Eagles-Skins games this year even more fun. In fact, I was sort of hoping they'd announce the signing while I'm still in DC.
If a McNabb/TO pairing does to the Skins what it eventually did to the Eagles, I'm all for it.
