And he's also got a bunch more embarrassing Joe Morgan quotes, including Joe saying that "Pitchers observe other pitchers better than hitters do in most cases. They want to know what makes them succcesful." The same logic, I guess, behind the old adage that "women don't get dressed up for men, but rather for other women."
