NOT A GOOD WEEK FOR CHUCK TAYLORS: First Charles Taylor is forced out as president of Liberia; then today news that the Converse shoe company (founded by Chuck Taylor) has been bought out by Nike. At least Converse walks away with $205 million- and doesn't have to go into exile.
