Dennis Green's (likely) final visit to the Metrodome led to a great column from Jim Souhan rehashing all the crazy stuff that happened in Denny's decade at the Vikings' helm. Some highlights:

Built one of the best coaching staffs in recent league history when he joined the Vikings, hiring Tony Dungy, Brian Billick, Monte Kiffin, John Teerlinck, Tyrone Willingham and Willie Shaw.See, Denny was a source of much comedy even before the "they are who we thought they were" thing.
