What began as a confrontation in a convenience store between three men Sunday night ended with an abandoned boat being dragged through Navy Yard City and dumped in a driveway.And it's all downhill from there. After following a trail of white paint and debris in the road from the driveway where the boat was deposited, an officer arrived at a junkyard on Arsenal Way, reports said.
Two men at the junkyard admitted to transporting the boat to the third man's home, saying they were returning it because he had not paid them for an initial removal service. The men further reported that shortly before returning the boat, the third man had harassed them, threatening to kill them both.
